Habitat for Humanity Canada and Ten Thousand Villages Canada are pleased to announce the launch of our "Home is Where the Heart Is" campaign for the 2011 holiday season. Habitat and Ten Thousand Villages have joined forces in 2011 to fundraise together and create awareness that the right to decent, affordable housing is just as important around the world as it is at home.
 
$1 from the purchase of every specially-marked Heart Stone paperweight in Ten Thousand Villages stores will be donated to Habitat for Humanity Canada affiliates (Habitat Halton is linked specifically with the Ten Thousand Villages Oakville location).
